Central Bohemia University

Central Bohemia University started to emerge through various educational activities of several education providing agencies and authorities in 2008. In the year of 2011 it has been registered as the non-for-profit educational institution by City court of Prague with headquarters located in Lysolajské údolí, Prague. Just one year later CBU moved to Ládví to building of the Institute of Information Theory and Automation (UTIA), Academy of Sciences of the Czech Republic, which offers high quality educational environment for education so CBU leases offices and lecture rooms in this building. Since 2012, CBU is accredited by recognized UK ASIC accreditation agency and cooperate with US based accrediting agency INTEAS – International Education Accreditation Society that internationally backs the accreditation of some of our courses.
